ABOUT
In 1975 Brian became manager of the largest vineyard in the Swan hill region, and began honing the skills which would help in the creation of many award winning wines.
1980 saw the Button family purchase a small property in Wood Wood in the Swan Hill wine region of Victoria, Australia. This became the foundation of the Button family’s move forward in the progressive wine industry.
Brian bought some more properties and turned them from dairy farms to vineyards, developing 250 acres of young & state of the art vineyards, growing the most popular varieties suitable for the region, and supplying these grapes to most of the major wine companies under contract.
In 2009 he formed a partnership with a friend of 20 years and established the brand Two Old Men Wines.
In early 2015 he decided to move back and concentrate on working with his family and established BUTTON WINES.
Brian continues to supply all the wines he has done in the past, such as mid- to high-level wines in varieties such as Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Moscato and blends, as well as fortified wines such as Tawny and Muscat.
Button Wines are able to personalise and sell orders as little as one pallet, or as much as several containers of their wines.
As a boutique company, Button Wines offer a very personal level of communication, while still drawing on many years of experience.
